By completing this form, you are verifying that you are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and are requesting authorization to enroll in fewer than the full-time minimum number of credits (12) for a fall or spring semester.(Domestic students are pre-approved for part-time status for the summer semester and do NOT need to apply.)
Students seeking authorization for part-time status to register for Music Therapy and Music Education internship courses may fill out this form. Students seeking part-time authorization due to a documented medical condition or disability should notify Accessibility Resources for Students at accessibilityresources@berklee.edu.
If part-time authorization is granted through this form, it is for all future semesters. If you need to return to full-time status, please email registrar@berklee.edu. Once this form is submitted, you will be contacted within three business days by a staff member of the Office of the Registrar with a decision. Requests for part-time authorization must be received by the last day of the check-in period for that semester to count for the current semester.
